Ghost

Ghost was an interactive wearable to explore the usage of physical contact to illustrate the idea of the movement and exchange of ideas, data, personality, and etcetera between people. Ghost was a collaborative project between Ji Sun Lee and Robert Moon. The wearable consisted of conductive gloves that acted as switches when touched that triggered the lighting display that created the image of a ghost that was situated on the chest piece. The final prototypes made use of an Arduino micro-controller, two switches of conductive fabric situated on the gloves and a 182 LED array mounted onto the chest piece and covered. Three final prototypes were made in total. This final prototypes were taken to the NYC Halloween Parade in 2006.
